Factors Influencing Ethical Behavioral Intention among Takaful Agents

Despite the fact that contemporary insurance contracts are simple to read, this does not imply they comprehend. Most people rely on trust when purchasing insurance. They agent recommend and obtain appropriate coverage. Takaful agents act as consumers' representatives in managing their takaful plan participation procedures, while also providing consumers with transparent clear information about plans. This study is mainly focused identifying factors influencing ethical behavioral intention among agents. Therefore, examines relationship between attitude, subjective norms perceived control by adopting Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB). A total 100 questionnaires were collected from Family agency General Agency. To evaluate raw data, paper used non-probability sampling technique analyzed it conducting reliability analysis, correlation regression analysis.
